What We Collect
Account details you give us (name, email, target exam, qualification, language), your learning activity (lessons completed, test attempts, scores, bookmarks) and basic device/browser information needed to run the website.
How We Use It
To show your progress, find your weak topics, recommend what to study next, send alerts you asked for, and improve Apexia. We do not sell your personal data.
On-Device Mode
Before you connect an email account, your profile and progress stay in your own browser storage on your device. Connecting an email syncs this data securely to your account.
Sharing & Security
Data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate Apexia (hosting, database, payments when active) under their security standards. Passwords are never stored by us — email login uses secure magic links via our authentication provider.
Your Rights
You may view, correct, export or delete your account data at any time from your Dashboard/Settings, or by contacting us. Deletion removes your personal learning data permanently.
